Returns and Refund Policy
Because Supreme Cop Bot is a digital good, refunds cannot be given. If for some reason you are unhappy with the product, please email us and we will attempt to resolve any problem you may have.
All sales are 100% final. By purchasing any product from Supreme Cop Bot you agree that there are absolutely no returns, refunds, exchanges or cancellations.
Refund policy does not cover Supreme site issues. If the site lags, crashes, or is unresponsive during release the bot will not perform as expected.
Payment Declines are not covered by the Refund Policy. They can be a result of a couple factors that have nothing to do with the bot (eg: banned IP, no use of proxies, ghost order, etc.)
For a refund you will need visual clear proof that the bot did not find the item when all setting were correctly set or you did not activate the bot. Correct settings could be found in the guide. Both are set for 7 days from date of purchase.
All sales are 100% final. It could be that some of the listed features won't be available at the start. Some features could be added later. So the version you Pre-order maybe won't support all listed features. We reserve the right to cancle your pre-order at any time. We try to message you if your pre-order is canceled but due to high website traffic or holidays we may forget to message you. We can't guarantee that pre-orders match the description and support all listed features! You accept that pre-ordered products may be different from product descriptions, video or any other details about the product.
